Step One – Complete Your Insider ForM
Before we connect, you’ll complete a detailed form that takes about 15 minutes. This is not a box-ticking exercise. It’s the foundation of your trip.
If you skim through it, I’ll know this isn’t the right fit. The more detail you provide, the more precisely I can tailor your experience. This ensures that when we do get on a call, we don’t waste a moment of your time.
Step Two – The Call
Once I have your form, we’ll connect on a call, phone or video, whichever you prefer. It’s capped at 30 minutes. No drawn-out hour-long Zooms.
In those 30 minutes, I’ll extract the details I need to design your journey with precision and clarity. Efficient, focused, and effortless.
Step Three – Research & Design
After our call, I begin the research phase. This step carries a non-refundable research fee. It secures my time, expertise, and network from Fora Travel’s secure booking platform to Virtuoso’s exclusive partner access, as well as trusted brokers for private jets and helicopters.
I return to you with a curated set of options, aligned to your vision, your time, and your standards.
Step Four – Confirm & Book
Together, we refine the details. Once confirmed, I’ll handle prepayments, deposits, or group arrangements as needed.
Whether it’s a solo escape, an executive retreat, or a larger group journey, I manage the logistics so you don’t have to.
Step Five – Travel with Confidence
You depart. I stay on standby for the entirety of your trip, ensuring every detail runs smoothly. From check-in to check-out, you’re not alone, you have insider support.
Step Six – The Insider Follow-Up
When you return, I provide a follow-up debrief. What worked, what you loved, and what you want to build into the next journey. This is not just a transaction, it’s a relationship. That’s the insider difference.
